Introduce a restaurant.
Get paid for a year,
and the years after.
Half of everything a cafe pays Dino in their first year goes to the person who introduced them. No fee to join, nothing to buy, and nothing to sell — you make an introduction, and we do the rest.
Free to join, permanently. If anybody ever asks you for money to join Dino, it is not us. 7,199 seats left across India.
How it works
Three steps, and only one of them is yours
You make an introduction. Dino does the software, the support and the collecting.
- 1
You get a code and a link
Join in a minute. Your own BEE- code and a link to share, from the moment you finish.
- 2
A cafe owner signs up with it
They tap your link, or type your code while setting up. That venue is yours from then on.
- 3
Every month they pay, you are paid
A share of what that venue actually pays Dino. Not for signing up, not for recruiting — for a venue that is paying.
Your share, by the year of that venue’s life
50%
Year 1
20%
Year 2
50%
Year 3
25%
Year 4
50%
Year 5
From year six it continues at 20% — the low point of the pattern — until the schedule is rewritten. It has not been rewritten yet, and if it ever is, every venue you already have keeps the rate it was earning.
The clock starts at that venue’s first payment, not at the day you introduced them. A cafe that took two months to decide does not spend two months of your first year deciding.
Do the maths
Move the numbers and watch
Every figure below is the real arithmetic, on the real price list. It is an example of what the schedule produces, not a promise about what you will sell.
Venues introduced by the bees side by side with you. You receive a tenth of what they earn on each.
Your first year
₹50,797.20
₹50,797.20 from your own venues
- Year 150% share₹50,797.20
- Year 220% share₹20,318.40
- Year 350% share₹50,797.20
- Year 425% share₹25,398
- Year 550% share₹50,797.20
Assumes every venue keeps paying for the whole five years, which no venue is obliged to do. Amounts are before tax and before any TDS. A venue that stops paying stops earning — for us and for you, on the same day.
One cafe on the ₹999 monthly plan pays ₹11,988 in a year. ₹7,999 is the yearly price of the same thing. Your share is a percentage of what they actually pay, before GST — never a fixed rupee amount, so a price change moves every figure together.
Side by side
Your hive, and what it costs you
Bees you bring into the programme are side by side with you. This is the part most programmes hide; here it is a diagram.
- Up to three bees above you each receive 10% of what you earn. Nobody above the third receives anything, because there is no fourth ring.
- You keep at least 70% of your own commission, always. That number cannot move — not by a change above you, not by anything anybody above you does or fails to do.
- You can have up to 25 bees side by side with you. It reads as focus rather than a matrix, and it stops one person hoarding a city.
- A bee only receives a hive share in a month where at least 1 venue of their own is paying. Nobody earns from recruiting alone. If somebody above you is not eligible, their share is not paid to them — it stays with Dino, and your statement says so by name.
The Two Hundred
200 seats in every state
A seat is the top ring of a state's hive. There are two hundred of them per state, and they are kept rather than owned.
- Join with nobody’s code and you take a seat, if your state has one free. Every seat holder is at the top of their own hive, with nobody above them — so they keep 100% of their own commission.
- A seat is kept by having 10 venues of your own paying each month — judged only after 6 months from the day you took it. Nobody signs ten cafes in a fortnight, and a seat that could be lost in week two is a seat nobody would take.
- Below ten after the runway, the seat goes back into the Two Hundred. You keep every venue you introduced and every bee beside you, and you keep earning your own share on all of them — what pauses is the hive income. Get back to ten and you are first in line for the next free seat.
- If your state’s Two Hundred are all taken, you still join. We place you side by side with the bee nearest the top who has room, and you earn exactly the same way.

Straight answers
Why this is not what you are thinking
If you have been sent a link like this before, you are right to be suspicious. Here is every line that usually turns out to be missing.
- There is no joining fee. Not a kit, not a deposit, not a training charge, ever.
- There is nothing to buy and nothing to stock. You never handle a product.
- You are paid only when a restaurant or shop actually pays Dino. Not when they sign up, not when they trial.
- Nobody earns anything by recruiting alone. A bee with no paying venue of their own receives no hive share that month.
- You cannot be paid for introducing your own venue. Self-referral is refused by the software, permanently.
- Anyone can join, at any time, with or without somebody's code. Joining is never gated on being recruited.
- This is not employment. There is no salary, no target, no guarantee and no notice period. It is commission on sales you introduce.
- Everything above is in writing, and the rules are on this page in full.
Earnings disclosure
Honey Bee is a new programme. Nobody has been paid anything yet, because nobody has been paid anything yet. We have no typical earnings to quote, and we are not going to invent one. From the first harvest onwards, real figures — the median and the spread, not a best case — are published here and updated every quarter.
What you earn depends entirely on venues you introduce signing up and staying. Most people who join a programme like this introduce nobody, and earn nothing. That is not a warning we are required to print; it is simply what happens.
Where the money comes from, plainly
Every restaurant Dino signs costs money to find. Right now that money goes to Google and Meta, to put an advert in front of a cafe owner who has never heard of us and scrolls past. You already know twenty of them — you drink their coffee, you buy your rice from them. When you introduce us, the advert never happens, so the money we would have spent on it goes to you instead.
The rules, in full
Nothing here is in a footnote
If any of it changes, the change is announced before it takes effect and every venue you already have keeps the rate it was earning.
- What you are paid on
- The venue’s subscription payment to Dino, excluding GST. Not their food sales, not their card fees, not anything a guest pays them. A ₹999 monthly plan is ₹846.61 before tax, and your year-one share of that is ₹423.31.
- The schedule
- Year 1: 50% · Year 2: 20% · Year 3: 50% · Year 4: 25% · Year 5: 50% · Year 6 onwards: 20%. The year is the venue’s year, counted from their first payment, and it turns on the anniversary of it.
- Attribution
- One bee per venue, decided once, within 30 days of that venue being created — by their link, or by the owner typing your code in their setup guide. It does not move afterwards, and it does not expire. If they leave and come back, it is still yours.
- Your hive
- Up to 25 bees side by side with you, three rings deep. Each ring above a bee takes 10% of what that bee earns; the bee keeps at least 70%. A bee on the third ring cannot introduce another bee.
- Eligibility for hive income
- A seat holder is eligible while they hold their seat. Any other bee is eligible in a month where at least 1 venue of their own is paying. An ineligible share is not paid; it is kept by Dino and shown on the statement of the bee it came out of.
- Seats
- 200 per state, by GST state code. Kept by 10 venues of your own paying each month, judged after a 6-month runway. A released seat goes back to the state; former holders are re-seated first, oldest loss first.
- Getting paid
- A statement — a harvest — every month. Under ₹500 it carries forward into the next month rather than being sent, so nobody is chasing a ₹40 transfer. Paid by UPI to the address you give us, with a reference on the statement.
- Tax
- Commission is income and it is taxable in your hands. Once your commission from Dino crosses ₹20,000 in a financial year, TDS at 2% applies under Section 194H and is deducted from that harvest onward. Without a PAN on file we hold the payment rather than deducting at the higher no-PAN rate — you will be told to add one, never quietly paid less.
- Who owns the venue
- Dino does. A venue you introduce is Dino’s customer, and Dino is responsible for their software and their support. Your share does not make you their supplier, their agent or their account manager, and nothing you say to them binds Dino.
- Ending it
- You can stop at any time, and so can we, with notice, for a reason we will give you. Anything already earned and not yet paid is still paid. Fraud — a fake venue, a self-referral through somebody else’s account, a payment reversed after it was counted — is the one case where earnings are reversed, and it is the only one.
Questions
The ones people actually ask
No. You introduce a venue and Dino does the rest — the setup, the menu, the support, the invoice. There is nothing for you to demonstrate, install or explain.
Take a seat while your state has one
It takes a minute. Your name, your state, and a code if somebody gave you one.
