There are two different relationships here and they have different terms.

Part A is for guests who order food.

Part B is for venues who use the platform to sell it.

Part A — for guests

1. What this is

Dino is ordering software. The venue sells you the food, not us. We

pass your order to their kitchen and, if you pay online, route the payment to

them. Every question about the food itself — quality, allergens, how long it

took, whether it arrived — is between you and the venue.

2. Prices and tax

Prices are set by the venue. GST is calculated and shown at checkout. If a

price on your screen is stale because the venue changed it, the price

confirmed on your order is what applies — the total is calculated on our

server at the moment you place the order, not in your browser.

3. Allergens

Allergen and dietary labels come from the venue. If you have a serious

allergy, tell staff directly. Do not rely on a label in an app. Kitchens are

shared spaces and cross-contamination is possible almost everywhere.

4. Payment

Depending on the venue you may pay at the counter, by UPI, or by card through

[PAYMENT PROVIDER]. We never see or store your card number.

If you mark an order as paid by UPI, that is a claim, not a confirmation —

venue staff verify the receipt before the order is treated as settled.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Once a kitchen has started cooking, an order usually cannot be cancelled. Ask

the venue. Refunds are the venue's decision and are issued by them; where the

venue issues a refund through this platform it goes back to the original

payment method within [7] working days.

6. Accounts

You never need one to order. If you make one:

Keep your phone or email secure; the one-time code is how you sign in.

Loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and expire

[24 months] after they are earned.

Points and referral rewards may be voided if obtained by abuse — self-referral

rings, fake orders, and so on.

You can delete your account at any time from the app.

7. Behaviour

Do not attempt to interfere with the service: no automated ordering, no probing

for vulnerabilities without permission, no attempt to reach another venue's or

another guest's data.

8. Our liability to you

We provide the software "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total

liability to a guest for anything arising out of using it is capped at the

value of the order in question.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by

negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Part B — for venues

9. Your account and your data

You keep ownership of your menu, your customer records and your order history.

You can export them at any time. If you leave, we return them in a machine

readable format and delete our copies within [90] days, except where retention

is legally required.

10. What you are responsible for

Tax. Your GSTIN, your HSN/SAC codes, your rates. The platform computes

tax from what you configure and generates compliant invoices, but it does not

file your returns and does not verify your registration. Have your

accountant review the tax configuration before you go live.

Food safety and licensing. FSSAI registration, hygiene, allergen

information, and everything else regulatory about serving food.

Your menu. Accurate prices, accurate descriptions, honest photographs.

Your staff. Who you invite and what access you give them.

Refunds and disputes with your own guests.

11. What we are responsible for

Keeping the service available, on reasonable efforts. There is no uptime SLA

on the [FREE/STANDARD] plan; see [PLAN TERMS] for paid tiers.

Keeping your data isolated from every other venue.

Taking backups and being able to restore them.

Telling you promptly if there is a security incident affecting you.

12. Fees

[PRICING]. Fees are exclusive of GST. We may change pricing on [30] days'

notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect.

13. Suspension

We may suspend an account that is not paying, is being used unlawfully, or is

threatening the stability of the platform. Except in an emergency we will warn

you first.

14. Ending it

Either side may terminate on [30] days' notice. On termination you can export

everything for [30] days, after which it is deleted.

15. Our liability to you

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is

capped at the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost

profits or lost business.

We are not liable for: food-safety incidents, your tax positions, or a

dispute between you and one of your guests.

Both parts

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY] have

exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes

Material changes get [30] days' notice. Continuing to use the service after

that means you accept them.
