Child safety standards

Baghera (the "Dino" ordering and billing platform, baghera.in and its

Android app) publishes these standards to state plainly how we prevent

child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our service, how to report a

concern, and what we do when one is reported. They apply to every surface

of the platform: the website, the app, venue menus and catalogues, photos,

item names and descriptions, and any account.

What this service is

Baghera is an ordering and billing tool for restaurants and shops. Guests

scan a QR code to see a menu and place an order; venue owners and staff

manage menus, tills and orders. There is no social feed, no chat between

strangers, no dating feature, no direct messaging between customers, and

no content sharing between users. The service is intended for adults —

venue operators and paying customers — and is not directed at children.

Zero tolerance for CSAE

We prohibit, without exception, any content or conduct that sexualises,

exploits, endangers or grooms a minor. This includes child sexual abuse

material (CSAM) in any form, sexualised depictions of minors whether real

or generated, content that facilitates or advertises the exploitation of a

minor, and any use of an account to contact, solicit or harm a minor.

A minor is anyone under 18.

What we do about it

• Any account used for CSAE conduct is terminated immediately and

permanently. There is no appeal for CSAE violations.

• Offending content is removed from the platform as soon as we become

aware of it, and evidence is preserved as the law requires.

• Confirmed or suspected CSAM is reported to the relevant authorities: in

India, the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in)

and local police under the POCSO Act, 2012; and where applicable, the

NCMEC CyberTipline.

• We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement in child safety

investigations.

How to report a concern

Anyone — a guest, a venue, or a member of the public — can report a child

safety concern to us directly, without an account. Reports are read with

priority over all other support and acted on promptly.

• Email: ryanshawplasma@gmail.com with the subject "Child safety"

• Include, where possible: the venue or page concerned, what you saw, and

when. You may report anonymously.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police first (dial 112 in

India), or India's Childline on 1098.

Compliance with law

We comply with applicable child safety and child protection laws,

including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act,

2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in India, and with Google

Play's Child Safety Standards policy. These standards are reviewed as the

platform grows; the current version is always at baghera.in/child-safety.
